Size:Large This is the replacement cushion for the Philips Respironics DreamWear Face CPAP Mask. Four cushion sizes: Small, Medium, MediumWide & Large are available. The DreamWear mask's full face cushion rests under the nose, providing airflow to both the mouth and nose without actually inserting into the nostrils or exerting any excess pressure. **Q: Can i return a dreamwear replacement full face cushion unused if it is not the right size?. i am ordering 2 sizes as q&a size responses vary.**
A: If the package it came in is still sealed, I would believe so, but since it is medical equipment, I am not sure if the seals are broken.  It would be best to directly ask the seller.

**Q: I need a small size. Do you have this mask in small?**
A: I have seen this mask in Small, Medium, & Large.

**Q: Will this work with resmed air sense 10?**
A: As long as it fits your headgear any CPAP Machine will work

**Q: Will this work with a bi pap machine?**
A: Yes. I use it with my bi pap & have great results! I was having to many seal Leaks with other masks. I switched to this & now have almost zero leaks. The leaks I do I have are so small they don’t register.  I did try three different Cushion sizes until I found the correct fit. 
I do buy a replacement cushion every 4 to 6 weeks & that has made a big difference also.
