I love these. The box came a little beat up, but the interior bag was intact. Honestly, this is great to mix with a little milk or milk alternative and it makes a lovely breakfast.

Very delicious product we love it so much best part of all when I don't know what to eat I grab a cereal dish and pour in the plazma mixing it with milk best yet kids and grown ups love it so! I am almost 30 years old now and I eat it every day
