No Flash!
The item did not have the flash as listed in the title and shown in the photo! Material is extremely thin. Would be great for the summer. It fits true to size and has an even dark blue color. There is no liner and will need additional shaping for an inspection. I would keep it if it had the flash. Sad to return this.

The fit and quality.
The size fits the head but the beret itself is kinda big. It keeps its shape and the quality is good.
