Can you buy the extenders separately?

I looked for some but couldn't find them. I would like to have at least 1 more - I bought the unit that came with just 1 and don't really need to buy a whole new set just to get the 1 extender.

For wheatgrass for example; will it work if I put a tray with holes in into this device & keep water in the bottom, will that be sufficient drainage?

I used the plastic clips meant to keep The tiers together... I put 6 of them on the bottom under the tray I was adding worked fine. I bought little nylon bolts and nuts, drilled small hole with dremel and kept all sections together with those .. t worked great

How deep is the tray?

The green tray is 8cm or 3 1/8 inches deep. with both risers and the top there's about a foot of clearance if not 13 inches.
