If you are considering the purchase of any bakeware sets, please read this and then add a set to your cart. They are amazing. The packaging is very attractive for gift giving (think bridal showers, house warming, students in their own place for the first time, etc.) and it arrived in a protective cardboard box for shipping so the condition of the box pictured on Amazon is absolutely correct. I have so many thoughts about this - all positive!! First, I am amazed at how much bakeware is in the set and how compactly it stacks. They're not kidding when it says the height of the stack is 6.1" tall. The actual pans are heavy and I can't see any possibility that they will warp when in the oven. They have a good weight that promotes even baking temperatures as well. I use coconut oil to grease my pans so help prevent sticking and when I used the cupcake tin, my muffins came out toasty brown on the outsides and didn't leave a crumb stuck to the pan. Not a single crumb. I could have easily simply wiped off the residue but washed them in soapy water and they were like new. The blue finish with a subtle sparkle is an attractive feature. I think over time it will hide any discoloration that can show up after repeated use of any bakeware. I personally don't use sharp knives when cutting anything that is not in glass bakeware but I really get the feeling that these can handle gentle cuts from portioning bars, cakes, etc. It feels very durable but to preserve the surface integrity, I would suggest using silicone or plastic utensils. The grips on each pan are perfectly proportioned to allow for use with clumsy potholders. In addition, there are grooves on the top of the handles that help to give something to grab, yet it won't collect residue from oils. Each piece was in perfect shape with no dents or deformities. They were cushioned appropriately between each pan with sheets of cardstock and foam packing and arrived in perfect condition. As I usually use glassware for baking, I thought when I ordered these pans that I would review them and then put them in our short term rental space so guests could use them. Nope. That's not going to happen. I never thought I'd consider anything BUT glass but these are going to get used in the future. They're mine now and I'm not giving them up. I'm so impressed that I know they will be on the top of my mind for gifting at upcoming weddings.

We do a lot of baking in our house trying different keto recipes, so we're always looking for cookware that actually performs the way it advertises. “Non-stick” gets thrown around a lot these days, but this set genuinely delivers. We originally got a similar set from this company in a champagne color and absolutely loved how it cooked, but the color stuck out in our kitchen since our whole decorating theme is darker blacks, silvers, and deep tones. So when this beautiful midnight blue set became available, we jumped on it and could not be happier. First off, these pans look gorgeous. They have a sleek, high-end feel without the high-end price tag. More importantly though, they cook wonderfully. The wave texture really does help airflow underneath foods like keto chips, nuggets, chicken strips, and anything else where you want crispness without things sitting flat in grease. At the same time, they're excellent for cakes, brownies, quiches, and other baked goods. Things release easily without needing tons of oil or cooking spray. Cleanup is also ridiculously easy. Most of the time these pans rinse clean with just the spray setting on the sink faucet, and when we do toss them in the dishwasher they come out looking great. We've been consistently impressed with this company's bakeware, and this set feels like one of their standout products. Final answer? Effortlessly non-stick, gorgeous looking, and cooks like a dream.

I cook and bake constantly, so good bakeware makes a huge difference for me, and I absolutely love this set. Honestly, anytime I get the chance to try a HONGBAKE product, I usually do because I’ve consistently had great experiences with the brand. The shimmer blue color is beautiful in person and gives the pans a more modern high-end appearance compared to basic plain bakeware. The textured surface also helps food release more easily and gives the pans a sturdier feel overall. Everything I’ve made so far — cookies, roasted vegetables, baked dishes, and muffins — has released much more easily than with older pans I’ve used. Cleanup has also been simple since food and grease wipe away quickly without excessive scrubbing. The pans feel noticeably thicker and heavier than cheaper bakeware sets, which helps them bake more evenly and feel more durable. I also appreciate having multiple sizes included because it covers almost everything needed for regular home cooking and baking. Another big plus is that the pieces stack together well for storage without taking over the kitchen cabinets. Overall this is an excellent nonstick bakeware set with attractive color, durable construction, and consistently reliable baking performance.

I have started leaping at any Hongbake products that come through my radar. They are consistently top quality, at a better price point than many products of similar design. This is a particularly nice set, with all the basics you need to get a kitchen started. There's a pan for a dozen cupcakes/muffins, a bread pan, two sizes of baking sheets, square and rectangular baking pans, two round cake pans, and a cooling rack that doubles as a liner for the rectangular pan to allow it to be used as a roasting pan. The cooling rack is on the small side; you won't be able to cool both layers of your cake at the same time, or very very many cookies. But other than that the sizes of all of these are good. They are heavy enough that they don't warp at all in the oven, and I've had virtually no problems with sticking. They clean up easily as well, though I haven't tried roasting anything really messy yet. And though they say they're not designed for stovetop use, if you're determined to make a pan gravy they do still work at low temperatures, even on an induction stove (but be cautious, because the wave texture doesn't make regular contact with a flat top; mine got VERY hot very quickly at a medium setting). The pans have a wavy texture that leaves an imprint on your baked goods -- it's pretty, so that's nothing I object to! -- and they are a beautiful, sparkly deep blue, the prettiest standard baking pans I own. A previous version of this baking set had issues with the cake pans being almost irrevocably wedged together with their cardboard packing material. Hongbake has fixed this design flaw by replacing the cardboard with a foam sheet that successfully protects the cake tins from each other but allows them to separate with only a little effort. Unfortunately, they also replaced the rest of the protective packaging with thinner paperboard that fails adequately to protect the pans. Several of my pans had minor scuffs, and my rectangular baking pan had two divots that actually damaged the surface. This is a real disappointment, as I will have to be careful to avoid that becoming a thin or rusted spot, and I have to make sure to protect my baked goods when I make them so they don't stick to those spots.
