Well first of the instructions are very helpful,it's pretty straightforward to put together, when attaching the knee parts make sure your putting it shortest bar at the bottom longest at the top otherwise they don't seem to go in. I found It hard to move my knees up with it on the lower setting so I made it to it's highest to give myself more room to have to pull my knees up. The counter easily counts up no problem, it also tells you calories burned. The handle bars are very comfortable to lean on for long periods of time aswell. Feels very sturdy even with a 20kg weight of a 6ft tall person. So glad I found this, with the way my stomach muscles are aching from an hour doing this today I really do think it will help me some weight. Very easy to fold up so it can be stored away to be got out and put back up just as easy.

This ab machine is easy to set up. Works well and is lots of fun to use. Makes working out a little more fun.

My husband is going through a fitness phase at the moment and is always looking for equipment to use at home so he jumped at the opportunity to try this ab trainer. Our main worry was assembly as neither of us are any good at DIY so he was really impressed and delighted (and relieved) when he removed it from the box and discovered that it was almost fully assembled already. He just had to put a few screws into place, and he gave a very conservative estimate of 10 minutes, but probably less. It’s quite sturdy and he doesn’t feel that it is wobbling or about to collapse when he gets on it and uses it. It doesn’t strain or creak when being used (the same cannot be said for my husband). The best part (for me) is that it folds up so it fits neatly into the corner of our living room and doesn’t take up any floor space so I’m not having to walk around it. It is also surprisingly lightweight. Changing the positions is quick and it feels secure once this has been changed. It has different settings that you can change the intensity of. The padding is thick and he can’t feel any strain on his joints when performing reps. It feels as comfortable as any machine he uses at the gym. It is wipe clean. All in all this is a robust piece of equipment and great value for money.

This ab machine is soooo fun! But boy does it work!!!! I did 10 reps just to test it out and let me tell you.... I am feeling it the next day! Hits muscles I didn't know I had 😂🤣😂🤣 my ADHD 10 year old is obsessed. He feels it pushes him to move, and helps calm him down! It works for my 10 year old to my 32 old husband. My 6'2 husband says it challenges him. It was super easy to assemble. It took us maybe 10 minutes tops. Great quality materials and seems sturdy. I love the ease of use and the ability to fold it down for easy storage. Such a fun machine to have.

Great ab workout machine! Very sturdy and easy to set up. The adjustable levels are perfect for different workout intensities, and the knee padding is comfortable. I like that it folds up, so it’s easy to store. Great for home workouts and really helps target the core. Highly recommend!

This ab machine is amazing and will give a great workout. It is a lot like the one I use at the gym so I am happy to ad this to my home gym. It has 3 levels for difficulty, so if you are a beginner you want to start on the lowest level.
