Great product
I've had this for almost a year now and it still works great. The only issue I have is with the strap because it tends to move because of the plastic piece that it's attached to. In other words it's annoying because the strap will slide to one side and be scrunched up and not flat and be able to move

Great cold pack!!!
I broke my foot and every night I wrap this cold pack around my foot and elevate it!! It’s really helping the healing process! I purchased four more of them!!! My son had leg surgery and used one wrapped around his leg and my husband pulled a back muscle and wrapped it around his back! Highly recommend!!!

Very effective pain and stiffness relief
This is the second TheraPearl Hot & Cold Pack I've used. Great versatility and comfortable to wear. I've used it exclusively for heat. New and improved is the temperature indicating beads which change color to let you know exactly where on the belt the beads are heating up quickly--or cooling. I highly recommend this product!

Great design option
This is a great design for knee problems (or post surgery) because I can put it on and sit at my computer, or use it while driving to get my 20 minutes of cold therapy. But it really doesn't stay cold longer than 15-20 minutes so not as helpful for severe pain or swelling. You still need to have on hand another ice bag that is larger. My gel packs stay cold longer, really. It is a wonderful option though!

Don't attempt to go beyond recommended heating times. The white paint on the back is difficult to read. Used as directed, it is a very good product.

Flexible and Comfortable
I've been trying to find a flexible ice pack for my back and this one is excellent. Others that claimed they were flexible really weren't. They never molded to my back and they ended up causing me more pain. This one could use to stay cold a little longer, but other than that is perfect. Comfortable and easy to use and really helps!
