Review: Don't think of this as a toy, it's more like a decoration. - It's Wolverine, so you already know it has a high chance of being awesome. I'll skip straight to the quality. I own this one, and a identical Spider-Man bobblehead by Funko. The overall quality is great. The paint is not chipped or clumped up, it's very seamless and smooth. Also, the bobble aspect functions as you'd expect. It's not an "all over the place" wobbly, more like a "nodding my head to an awesome song" kind of wobbly. Lastly, please keep pets or your toddlers away from it. My kid got to it and twisted the head backwards on Spider-Man, so getting it back on center is an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder nightmare. Still works as intended, though.
