This is a excellent manual BP cuff. It's well made and sturdy. It has cuff attachments for different size arms and they work well. The color is good too.

Tested each cuff on a limb 5 cycles. On-off each cycle. Worked fine. Note to Velcro whiners, Velcro must be mashed together to hold. Gauge unit quite light. Just my bias, I equate ‘sturdy and long lasting’ with heft. Time will tell. Just a guess, this system likely ok for home use. Less likely for commercial use. Gonna need a thigh cuff sometimes. Americans are huge

My son is studying to be a paramedic. I bought this while in Houston since in South Africa our local medical clinics are under stocked. Needless to say, my son was thrilled. The fact that you can pressurise and depressurize with one hand is great and he is loving it. He can at least now take the BP of really small kids.

I use this multiple times daily on patients of all sizes/ages. Works well. Seems of good quality. Easy to change cuff sizes. I've yet to encounter someone too big or too small to be fitted with one of these cuffs.

This is a nice, single handed BP cuff system that covers all the usual sizes. Well made carry bag keeps everything organized.
