This is good pillow. Especially if you have neck problems

Comfortable
I enjoy this pillow but I do prefer it to be higher. That's the only downside. It's a good pillow for a reasonable budget. I do not get hot when using this

I feel so much better 💖
It works SOOOOO good! It's not overly exaggerated on the shape edges so you don't have thafeeling of awkwardness. DISCLOSURE: give it a few nights or so so you can get used to being comfortable. Not sure how good it is for broad shoulders but average shoulder is great!

A Pillow That Actually Helps Me Stay Cool and Supported
I sleep hot, especially during summer, and I am trying to transition from sleeping on my stomach to sleeping on my back to help with my TMJ discomfort. For me, the cooling cover actually reduces heat buildup, so I am not flipping my pillow over a million times at night. I would try to sleep on my back but would wind up on my side with a numb arm. The center cradle keeps my head stable and my neck properly aligned when I am on my back, which has made the transition easier. The dual-profile design lets me rotate it to find the right height depending on my sleep position. The widened side areas give my shoulders room when I do end up on my side. I will be honest, it took some getting used to because I was not sure if the high side or low side was better for my neck alignment. Then it was just awkward because I really want to sleep on my stomach. But that is not the fault of the pillow. That is all me. The cover is machine washable. I just spot clean the foam core if needed and let it air dry. The pillow fits perfectly in my envelope style pillowcases, so no weird pillow ends sticking out. If you sleep hot, toss and turn, or wake up with a sore neck, this pillow is worth a shot. For TMJ-specific guidance, I would recommend consulting your dentist or a healthcare provider. But for me, this pillow has helped me sleep better and wake up less sore.

Very Comfortable Pillow
Maybe there's something wrong with me, but I can not figure this pillow out. The pillow is really well made, I gave it a day fully inflate, which was more than enough. The cover is removable, making it easy to keep clean. The pillow is very soft but also firm enough to be comfortable. However, that's all the compliments I have. The pillow is really large and takes up a fair bit of space. In addition, I find it very uncomfortable. There are two side that you can rest your head on. But both are just too much to me. It digs into my neck, doesn't cradle my head, and make it impossible to sleep. I am not a fan. But it could also be a me issue.

Excellent Support and Truly Cooling, but Give it a Few Nights to Adjust
I’m always looking for products that live up to their lofty claims, and this Cooling Cervical Neck Pillow surprisingly hits almost all the marks. If you struggle with neck stiffness or wake up tossing and turning to find the "cool side" of the pillow, this is definitely worth a look. Here is a breakdown of my experience after using it for a couple of weeks: Initial Impressions & The "Odorless" Claim Memory foam pillows are notorious for off-gassing a harsh chemical smell right out of the box. I was skeptical of the "odorless" claim, but I was pleasantly surprised. While it wasn't 100% scent-free, the very faint "new foam" smell dissipated completely within a couple of hours of letting it expand. You can sleep on it the very first night without a headache. Comfort & Ergonomic Support This pillow has a distinct, contoured shape designed to cradle the natural curve of your cervical spine. Back Sleepers: This is where the pillow truly shines. The center dip cradles your head perfectly while supporting the neck. Side Sleepers: The elevated sides provide great shoulder clearance, keeping your spine aligned. Stomach Sleepers: Even with the adjustable insert removed, it might still feel a bit too lofty for strict stomach sleepers, though it is better than standard bulky pillows. Important Note: If you have never used a cervical orthopedic pillow before, expect a 3 to 5-day adjustment period. It will feel strange at first, but stick with it. By day four, my morning neck stiffness was noticeably reduced. Cooling Features The cooling cover actually works. It has a silky, cool-to-the-touch feel that helps dissipate heat throughout the night. It doesn't stay ice-cold forever, but it prevents the dreaded "hot ear" and sweaty neck that standard memory foam often causes. Plus, the cover is removable and machine washable. Adjustability I love that this pillow includes a removable memory foam insert at the bottom. Unzipping the cover and taking out the slim bottom pad drops the loft by about an inch. This makes it highly versatile depending on your shoulder width and mattress firmness. Pros & Cons Pros: Noticeably reduces neck and shoulder pain for back and side sleepers. Cooling cover is effective and comfortable. Virtually no chemical smell out of the box. Customizable height with the removable foam insert. Firm but contouring memory foam that doesn't go flat. Cons: Takes a few days to get used to the contoured shape. Even with the insert removed, it may still be a bit too thick for dedicated stomach sleepers. Final Verdict This is a high-quality, supportive pillow that genuinely helps with spinal alignment and temperature regulation. If you are a back or side sleeper dealing with neck pain, the adjustment period is well worth the results. Highly recommended!

Great support… once you get past the “what is this thing?” phase
I’ll be honest, this pillow felt very strange the first night. The shape is so different from a normal pillow that I kept adjusting, trying to figure out where my head was even supposed to go. It’s not an instant “ahhh” kind of comfort. But after a few nights, something clicked. I mostly sleep on my back and sometimes on my side, and once I got used to it, I started noticing I wasn’t waking up with that same tight, stiff neck feeling. The center dip cradles your head more than a regular pillow, and the raised sides actually support your neck instead of letting it collapse. It’s a different kind of support, but it does feel more intentional. There are two height options depending on which side you use, which I ended up appreciating more than I expected. I use the lower side for back sleeping and the higher edge when I roll onto my side. If you have broader shoulders, I could see the height being a little borderline, but for me it works. The foam is firm but not hard, and it keeps its shape through the night instead of going flat. The cover also stays noticeably cooler than a typical memory foam pillow, which I didn’t think I’d care about but now definitely do. That said, this is not a universal fit: It takes a few nights to adjust, and the first impression is honestly kind of awkward If you’re a stomach sleeper, this probably isn’t it It’s a bit bulky and not something you can really “squish” into position It’s not magic, but if you’re dealing with neck discomfort and are willing to push through the adjustment phase, it does a surprisingly good job.
