Does this actually conceal? I had a should holster once that was so bulky it was clearly noticeable even through a jacket, even without a gun in it.

Just got this holster. I'm fairly new to concealed carry, so trying some different setups. I'm also 6'1 225 lbs. On anything lighter that a thick jacket or coat, this is what I consider very noticeable...even without the gun. I thought I would like a shoulder holster...but this is not the one for me. That said, it's definitely is built for carrying a full frame gun, as has been mentioned in other reviews. Holds a Sig P227 carry model with length to spare. From smaller pistols, definitely look elsewhere.

I'm 6-3, 310 pounds; will it fit?

yes it wiil i'm 6'2" and 380 it just have to adjust it to where it is comfortable for me and it works great

Will UTG Deluxe Shoulder Holster adjust to a left handed draw...for a Glock 26

Yes, just switch the holster and mag pouch around and reverse the velcro thumb break. My Glock 21 fits perfect, you will have at least an inch of space in front of your g 26's muzzle.

is this for a 1911 and is it left handed

It is universal meaning you can configure it to either side you wish and yes it will carry a 1911 auto.
