Very good, easy to take although I didn’t find it tasteless but ok with diluting juice!

I got this calcium supplement as an alternative to tablets, as it felt as if it might be easier and more convenient. The liquid format is easy to take and can be added to water or juice. However, it does not taste nice at all, even in juice. The bottle is only 50ml, which means it will last about 25 days. Since calcium supplements are more of a long-term health product, it is not likely that there will be any noticeable effects in that time. I will say that I have not experienced any negative effects, and the high-absorption liquid format was one of the reasons I chose it. My main criticism is the value for money. It is hard to judge whether the liquid format justifies the extra cost compared with standard calcium tablets. It is useful, if you have difficulty taking tablets, but the negatives for me are the small bottle, price (currently £20.00) and unpleasant taste,
