My c-pap and my nose have agreed to disagree. I can't seem to find the optimal fit. I either have a red dent on my nose or my machine tells me I need to make adjustments due to mask leaks. I got these to see if the added cushion and layer would help with the pressure and the leaks or possibly alleviate anything that might have been a reaction to the soft plastic of the nose mask. Not really. Mask still leaves a mark or leaks. I occasionally get some blue fuzz left on my nose and you need to get some kind of bag (like for delicates or unmentionables) to wash them or you'll never see them again. They are comfortable and not terribly intrusive, so good marks there. They may help some folks, but didn't really do much for me. After much experimentation with the mask straps, and other masks that have a foam rubber border, I've found 2 options that are workable without these. My recommendation would be to try something else first, but they are not terribly expensive, so not much of an investment if you can get them to help.
