Surprisingly comfy. The fit is nice and offers great support. The bra straps are fully adjustable with hook and eye closures as well as a full front open and close with an extra strap under the bust for extra support. Great quality overall. And decent stretch that doesn't make you feel confined or trapped in the bra. Definitely worth buying if you want a more customizable bra experience. I bought this bra as I am recovering from a breast lift with augmentation. I am approximately a 32-34D now. A medium fits me well across the back on the smallest hooks. It provides good support and coverage and doesn't chafe my incisions. I could probably have gotten a small. I don't really see the point of the under-boob strap. It's not very tight on me on the smallest hooks. Maybe in a smaller size the strap would provide more support. I also bought a similar version of this bra in the same brand and size without the under-boob strap, and I don't see a difference. That said, I'm also wearing these bras with shapewear, so that may obscure any differences. The bra is very soft and comfortable. I can wear it all day and night. The quality is comparable to the bra I got from my surgeon that cost over times as much. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this bra.

Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and fit of this compression bra. Its true to size and the double layering of the fabric gifts a good compression fit around the bust, but is still very soft and comfortable. The only reason I gave a four star rating is that the second underbust support band really doesn't add anything thing, its a bit loose on me. But otherwise, this is a really good product.

Soft, cooling fabric with just enough stretch. Unlike most front closing bras, the uni-boob is almost eliminated. The quality of the fabric and ease and adjustability of claps is great. Excellent for larger breast sizes, keeps them up. I had a bad accident and can’t use back closures. This bra is beautiful without looking and fitting of an orthopedic bra. C-D cup I purchased an XL. Fits perfectly.
