A pair of rear side marker lights for trailer or commercial vehicles, the supplied items ordered as the extending rubber arm very flexible and should flex through ninety degrees in all directions if caught by accident against solid objects. The base rubber fixing plate is 13mm thick and although not solid does give a firm surface to affix to the trailer side by two supplied self tapping screws or preferably non supplied small bolts, the unit extends 140mm(5.6”) out from the side of the trailer and due to it’s railed rubber construction is extremely pliable. The top 55mm(2.3”) is a rubber oblong containing the light unit, this having red LED light to the rear, white to front and orange as a trailer side marker normally reserved for long vehicles, whilst this perspex light unit is a sealed unit and has a rubber surround from which it can be removed it is suseptable to collision damage and may shatter so care is required to avoid such impacts, the connecting cable just two wires 380mm(15”) long, one for positive and one for negative connection to illuminate from vehicle lighting circuit. We are told these LED units have “E” mark registration, (E9) referring to Spain, each EU country having it’s own “E” number, however the supplied trailer lights do not clearly display any (E) mark symbol on the light cube as required by law so cannot be legal for road use in EU or UK, as far as one is aware No LED add on accessory lights are legal for use in the UK as none have yet been approved, only LED lights fitted to new vehicles by the manufacturer and have a clearly displayed (E) mark symbol on them are legal in EU/UK. That said these trailer rear marker lights are well made and work as advertised, very flexible and should survive low speed impacts, the lights bright enough to be seen easily from all three directions when illuminated, the self tapping screws supplied to affix not really suitable as can pull through the rubber base pre made holes even with small movement, alternatives such as bolts and washers may be required.

Ho preso queste luci/ fanalini laterali per il ripristino di un carrello che uso tutti gli anni per il rimessaggio del gommone. Il carrello è in buone condizioni ma l'impianto elettrico era completamente da rifare. Prima di montarli, e quindi di passare i cavi e quant'altro, li ho provati un po' alla scrivania. I fanali hanno una grandissima capacità di adattamento. Li ho alimentati a 12 ed a 24V, e fanno praticamente la stessa luce. Poi ho utilizzato un alimentatore da banco per verificare eventuale illuminazione con batteria scarica. Scendono tranquillamente a 10V, e hanno praticamente luminosità invariata. Se scendete fino a 10V tra l'altro siete rimasti a piedi, quindi i vostri problemi sarebbero altri. L'illuminazione è sempre brillante, a qualsiasi tensione; da un lato è bianca e dall'altro è rossa, quindi vanno installati di conseguenza. Molto utile a mio parere la finestra luminosa laterale, che consente di scorgere da qualsiasi posizione il carrello, anche lateralmente. Sono interamente in gomma flessibile, e rispetto a quelli in plastica rigida che sostituiscono avranno probabilmente fortuna migliore: è impossibile che si crepino, e quindi che entri salsedine. Impeccable fait le job

Un set di luci a LED per rimorchi, alimentazione da 10 a 30 V per ingombro della sagoma, installazione facile e protezione IP65. Il Set luci LED presenta una doppia colorazione; bianchi davanti e di colore Rosso dietro, con una buona illuminazione, i cavi risultano ben protetti IP65, dotati di supporto in plastica flessibile, dall'installazione facile e veloce. I fanalini risultano omologati per UE con certificazione E9, i LED 3030 sono molto luminosi, ogni fanalino è composto da 6 LED, le dimensioni sono 74mm. L'installazione è molto semplice, l'ho acquistati per aggiungerli al cassone del mio vecchio OM40, anche se ormai datato è pur sempre un mezzo che dice la sua, con l'aggiunta di questi nuovi fanalini d'ingombro laterali ne valorizza ancora di più il camion, infatti durante la marcia nella notte si capisce bene la grandezza del mezzo che si sta incrociando. In conclusione, un buon prodotto dal costo economico, 5 stelle.
