I’m a first time user but have watched many YouTube videos and googling etc. This cup seems to sit on my bladder, making urinating very slow. It doesn’t always pop & requires a lot of fiddling (pressing the walls to try make extra room for it to expand). I’ve tried the different fold methods, inserting lower and higher (it couldn’t go any lower without it showing!). Emptying several times a day to try and get used to it or to correct leaking (cup not full) Customer service went over a few techniques to try, which I have done. I’d like to try the Small cup as I’ve read these issues could be due to incorrect size & I’d also like to try it on lighter days, but seems that they actually want L returned to them although it’s been used!! Apparently it will be destroyed but that is completely gross and something I’m definitely not comfortable with! I went with this brand for their 100% satisfaction guarantee - but I’m not satisfied at all. Edit::: They have now offered a full refund so I can purchase the size S without returning the L.
