Couldn't get it to communicate with my phone. I have 2.4ghz and 5g internet through my router in home. I set it to both wifi networks by disabling the other and it wouldn't talk to their own app installed on my phone. Including the one from the instructions and then the one I was told to download from an email they sent via Amazon. I tried multiple times and did the reset button each time I disabled a wifi network trying to get it to connect. I was sitting in front of my router with the camera less than 3 feet away and cell phone in my hand so there was no good reason why it would an issue recognizing my device. Tried it with my iPad also and still got nothing. I would NOT recommend this product. ### ⭐ Started off with buggy apps ended the same way. *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2018* I got this camera to have a security camera in the living room. The problem with the camera is the app for it. The manual tells you to download v380 app, this app wouldn't even open on my phone so I look more in the app store by the same developer there is a v380s I tried download it also would not open. After further digging I found a v 380 Pro app this one would open on my phone. I went through the setup procedure and there's a point where it asks you what the camera said when it booted up I tried to go through the auction that it actually said when it boot it up and it would not connect to my phone. After fighting with it for about 20 minutes I was using a completely different step that the camera did not read out and it finally connected. It worked well for about a month and then all of a suddenly stopped connecting to the app. I tried logging back in to the camera and it was saying that I did not have the correct password which I know was correct I have wrote it down whenever I made the password. Does that mean something change the password to the camera that is in my living room. I removed one of the side covers and found a reset button on the camera. Went through the reset process and now I guess they updated the apps so now none of them will work on my phone. It is a pixel 2 XL running the latest version of Android.
