I changed the batteries and now Snoopy chimes at 20 past the hour. How can this be fixed?

Try pulling out all the batteries, wait a minute then put them back in after you set clock at 12:00 and go once entirely around the dial to 1:00. I’ve done that to reset a chiming clock I have.

i just hear a click on the hour and no song plays or character comes out. is there something i can check to fix it?

Hi Mark, Delayed responding until I could check my clock out more closely and it is at work. Unfortunately I can only assume you got a defective clock. Mine worked as soon as the batteries were installed. Just a thought, fidget with the battery placement. I have a totally different clock that I can only make function if the battery is not pushed all the way into the slot. Precarious placement at best but the clock works then. Good luck! I love hearing the Peanuts song each hour. Makes me happy. Hope you will be enjoying it soon. Sue

recieved a snoopy pendulum clock and snoopy doesn't come out and no song plays, should I just send it back?

Make sure the hands are tight, sometimes they get out of their groove and slowly set it to the time and see if it starts chiming on the hour. If that doesn't work I would send it back. I've had mine about 4 yrs and no problem.
