I used to buy the cordless dremel brand, and would have to buy a new one every 6 months. Even from new out of the package, the thing had to be charged daily. I had a friend and fellow groomer reccomend this brand, and turns out it's 10 or 15 dollars cheaper. It has a nifty light on the dremel end, holds a charge like no other. I groom at a minimum 10 dogs a day and dremel all nails and walk in nail trims. I charge my dremel once a week max. The only problem I have, I started talking about it on my local grooming group, and then our country wide grooming groups, and since then, Walmart has been out of stock and Amazon was out of stock for awhile. I went to buy one for my apprentice for her birthday last week, and found this one on Amazon and she loves it as much as I do. It fits the hand perfectly, doesn't hurt my arthritis hand at all. I had mentioned buying a new dremel brand every 6 months, and alot of other groomers were complaining of the same issue. My first of this brand lasted me almost 3 years. It probably would have lasted longer, but it suffered multiple falls onto hard tile flooring. I got a new one awhile back and will never get another brand. ### ⭐ Hot!! *by A***R on May 27, 2021* I ordered this because a friend at a dog show had one. I just received it 2 days ago thinking this would be good for puppies who are 22 plus pounds and 11 weeks old. NOT!! I had to use the highest speed to achieve any results and it grew hot in my hand. I only did 2 pups. For the last one I went back to my trusty Dremel.Before I even used it (and following directions on page 16) I placed the band on the drum sander. The band still kept slipping off.
