Value for money and works, good signal strength living in very rural area, easy to set up no problems here

This is my 3rd time buying an EE sim card - I've always had problems with them in the past, but for whatever reason, decided to buy yet another EE sim for a relative who was visiting the UK. - Firstly: This pack doesn't actually include any data or minutes/texts. The advertising is all designed to make you think it does, but this is a sim-only pack which you have to top up with £10 to get working. - Secondly: The EE app and website are incredibly slow, messy, and pretty much completely broken. Constant errors, outdated misinformation and unhelpful customer support. It's ALWAYS been this way for the 10-ish years I've been using EE. - Third: No matter how many times you try to top-up your sim, whether by card, phone, or online, it will always give you stupid "card declined" messages with no explanation why. Even contacted my bank to see if there were any blocks, which there weren't, still no hope. Anyway... Long story short: Save yourself a HUGE amount of frustration and time and just go with ANY other provider.

La carte SIM était invalide à chaque fois qu'elle était essayée dans un nouveau téléphone. Lorsqu'une autre carte SIM a été essayée dans le même téléphone, elle a fonctionné. Le téléphone fonctionne donc, mais pas la carte SIM.

Wer in Österreich sowas kauft, ist selbst schuld - wie ich. Obwohl versprochen wird, dass man Data draufhat und SMS - nichts funktioniert!! Leider kann ich keine 0 Punkte geben, würde ich jedoch!

Die Karte wurde vom Handy sofort erkannt und war sofort in London ins Mobilefunknetz eingebucht. Nach ca. 70 MB geladenen Mobilfunk-Daten hat die Karte weitere mobile Internetnutzung verweigert und ich war - durch die Weiterleitung an die Seite vom Anbieter EE - immer wieder aufgefordert, die Karte aufzuladen bzw. Pakete zu kaufen. D. h. man kauft nur die SIM-Karte. Für die Funktion muss man extra bezahlen und das lohnt sich nicht. Die Telefonfunktion habe ich nicht benutzt.
