might be useful for putting a bullseye in the middle of something but I found them less reflective than the wall during the daytime.

To be honest these have a good reflective texture along with the target point. However the adhesive is not a good quality it can't stick to all surfaces. I would recommend you get an all purpose liquid glue or spray glue to help when attaching to like concrete surface.
