Packaging: Sounds like they heard you. My box came in a thin cardboard box, but there was a thick peice of cardboard taped all the way around it. No leakage. Every piece was in tact. Product: Yes, yes and yes. After way too long and trying everything under the sun, including a prescitption med, this product did the job! I was one day from going to the ER (per my doctor). Really great product.

Product works very well. Quadriplegic, spinal cord injury, have used for a bowel program. it's expensive, not covered by insurance, and worth it because it's gentler. However, like others have posted, the new packaging is garbage. As a sent from Amazon, the box gets crushed and the fragile tubes of medication get crushed too, burst and leak the medication out of the tube and into the bag all of the other tubes and it leaks out-of-the-box and into the envelope. It's a mess. Switch back to the hard plastic jar or ship it in a box. I'd rarely get one broken tube every few packages before and now it is the majority of them. These are so expensive. Please be respectful of those of us who are your loyal customers.

I’m a quad of 33 years, I’m incontinent like almost every spinal cord injury. These Enemeez Plus are the gold standard for the bowel program we all endure. Squirt one completely in, along side the wall of your lower intestine, thru the anus—it does no good to squirt it into the fecal matter!!—Then do something for awhile so you remain productive, after you’ve forgotten about the bowel program—Oh 20-25min. Give a good push & voilé!! A bit of clean up & your done! It’s very reliable once you get your system figgered out…Don’t waste these, it breaks down to about $2.50 a pop!

My son in law was paralyzed and needs these daily for his bowel program. They work well and I love I can order by subricption so no worries of running out. I've received 3 boxes so far and only 1 was busted. The price is a bit high bit it's needed.

The product works great. I recently had rectal cancer, and have to rely on them, they work quickly, and is the best product for me. My only issue is when I ordered from Amazon, they said next day delivery, it took a week. I don’t know who is at fault, but I have gone to another supplier. It isn’t like waiting for crackers to get here, it is a medical need. I tried to cancel, multiple times, and could not.
