Logitech Wireless Gaming Headset G930 with 7.1 Surround Sound (Renewed)

Got it a bit late but I blame that on DHL not the seller or anyone else. When I got it. looked it over no signs of wear not a single scratch or imperfection. It was plug and play didn't have to mess with drivers or anything (it is Logitech after all). Sound quality and mic quality is nice. Did a test recording with OBS and Mic is much louder and clearer than my old headset without having to touch any settings. Love the roller on the side for volume up/down. Spotify immediately knew what the 3 buttons on the side were for without having to set anything up. (left is previous song, Middle is pause, Right is next song). Nice range on the transmitter Was able to walk about 50 feet away from my computer to my kitchen to get a drink with them on and music was still playing. IF I am being fair about this review though the only thing I can think of so far after wearing them for 6 hours straight is that they might be a bit snug if you have a giant melon head like me. But It didn't give me a headache in the 6 hours wearing them. And honestly if you are a headbanging metal head a snug fitting headset is a must or else it will go flying. Oh and P.S little red light on the end of the mic to tell you when you have your mic muted was such a genius idea why the heck did no one else do this? I would buy this again and again.

Headset was bought as an anniversary gift and i have used it less than 30 days, already had some issues with it disconnecting reconnecting and just figured it would be something i had to get used to. After coming home from work one day and unplugging the headset so i could go wireless knowing that the battery should be charged, i was surprised when the headset would not power on with the button. I had plugged it back in and it came on, unplug it and no life what so ever, not even a flicker of a light. Then realized none of the buttons on the headset would work either, the mic mute button, the g keys, not even the volume wheel works. I went to the logitech sight and read a case of similar matters and they suggested pushing the reset button on the headset. Tried that to no success. I have since contacted Manufacturer because on the invoice it says the condition is new and it is still under manufacturers warranty as i was informed by the protection plan that i had purchased along side the head set. Will not buy another headset product from logitech again.

I have a pair, and i love them, i bought my girlfriend a pair, and she loves them. These headphones are only working on PC They do not run the 7.1 surround sound on mac (however they do run stereo and mic) They do not work on Xbox one or PS4 Some of the most comfortable pair of headset i have ever used, also Mic is very clear. 7.1 is also amazing, and download an early version of the Logitech software for the voice morphing. Reason for 4 stars is the incompatibility with other devices such as Xbox, PS4 and MAC. If you have a PC these are amazing , though.

It worked perfectly for a couple months. About 3 months in the right ear started cutting in and out. I assume it's one of the wires. Eventually I'll open it up and try and fix it. I bought a refurbed product, I knew this could have happened before buying it.

Really enjoying it. I use I primarily for Skype/in-game voice chat, and the quality is perfect. Everyone can hear me fine, no background noise(I have a ceiling fan running constantly in my office), and I can hear them clearly. Some people mentioned that the headset hurt their head after wearing it for too long. I haven't found this to be the case; they're very comfortable and well-padded. I can't speak to the longevity of the headset, as I've only had it for a month or two, but so far so good. The software you can download to manage the headset is also very good. Shows accurate levels of battery charge, and the headset settings are very configurable. Simple installation and setup, as well. It's essentially download the software, plug the headset in, and you're set. The battery time has been outstanding; the longest gaming session I've had with them on is about 5 hours, and they battery was still going strong at that point. The little charging station that comes with it is nice, too. Overall, highly recommended for a nice low/mid level gaming wireless headset.

Do not waste your sanity purchasing this product. Put aside the money and time you will waste buying and returning this set, the frustration that comes with this Logitech product is really not worth it. The build quality and audio fidelity is absolutely superb (when they actually connect), the problem is they are completely unreliable. They consistently disconnect and reconnect, they stay disconnected for 3-5 seconds at a time and reconnect just to disconnect again within a minute. I tried different fixes and methods posted on reddit and youtube to try to mitigate the issue but to no avail. No official fix or even acknowledgement from Logitech. Apparently the issue is the headset uses a very popular frequency, so if you are near a router, modem, cellphone, wi-fi connected device, door, sink, couch, urban center or cat, they won't stay connected (ok, I went a bit overboard there, cats are ok).
