easy to swallow
I have used this product for at least a year. I like it because I could begin with just one capsule per day and adjust from there until I found the dose that worked best for me. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily. That's important, as I have had difficulty swallowing larger capsules. And of course, the product works to keep me regular with no side effects.

Best for me. I've noticed different name brands (same ingredients) work differently. This brand helps consistent, and formed BMs. No excess "bloating", and no mixing with water for a fiber drink you have to guzzle down before it solidifies in your glass.
