Perfect french yeast for french (or american) recipes

I already know and trust this product, which is exactly why I bought it again. It works perfectly for cakes and gives very reliable results. The only downside is the price, it’s quite expensive for the amount you get. Still, great quality and performance, just not budget-friendly.

It is good. I will warn you that it makes your baked goods get a very good rise and with that said you will need to adjust the quantity used but it has to be the best i've ever used. I am comparing it to what i can usually find at my local grocery chain shop.

I am NOT a baker. And in searching for the ingredient to make my grandmas tortillas my research showed this was an excellent product. I’ve also used it in making sweets. Next I’m going to use it for challah bread and French bread. Super excited and so far it’s working extremely well.

My husband was stationed in korea and I could not find this product anywhere to make my vietnamese sausage. For a minute I thought i was getting a good price....When I came back to the states I bought this item in a asain market for only $1.09! I was so mad when I realized I could have gotten 35 sachets for the price that this person is charging for 7! So my advice is if you really need this product and cant find it anywhere then I guess you gotta buy it...but if you have access to a chinatown or a asian market they will have this prduct and sell it to you for 4x less money! WHAT A RIP OFF!
