The belt gives good support ,but elastic can be a little loose after few uses. Need to tighten well. And the plate is strong but can bend if your posture is tooo bending.

Very nice Material and elastic. Perfect for waist and spine pain. My mom has spine problems. Dr has asked to wear belt while day except while sleeping. It is very comfortable to wear. Lightweight. Bought 1 in black and 1 in grey.

Comfy and easy to adjust
I am petite so I had to go smaller but it is so easy to adjust and folds really flat. It is comfortable I have disc herniation and this helps give me support. It is very wide but you can use the velcro to give support for upper and or lower lumbar.
