How many heat units per serving?

I would estimate it at 5,000 heat units. I just opened my bottle of this stuff and dabbed it on my tongue next to my prior extract, which is 10,000 heat units. The Herb Pharm product was about half as strong. This explains why they don't list the heat units on the bottle, as most extracts that go for $10/ounce are at 10,000 heat units. Therefore, the herb pharm product is a ripoff.

what's the difference between this and a bottle of Tabasco?

First of all...this is an extract, not the red pepper plant itself. This medicinal is used for many things including arterial plague removal and an effective supplement against Candida. Second, this is an organic product, tabasco is not. This is a quality brand.
