I suppose I may have not read the description well because I did not know that the background is not black. I bought this to put on my white hard hat. I gave 3 stars because the sticking quality is not the greatest. May be better stuck to something that does not get much movement or will not be in a warmer environment.

This is not a vinyl, it is a bumper sticker. even though the description says it is the white only the black background is part of the sticker. I could not use it on my window but i will find another use for it
