Now here's my review.The microwave is one of the simplest designs with just an analogue timer and power control. It's great for out and about when you are running from a leisure battery pack and inverter. This unit has zero standby power utilisation where a digital device might use 15 watts just for the clock.The microwave is small, big plates won't fit, but a smaller plate, bowl or mug fits just fine. At the minute I am using it at home and I can say smaller is better. Yes, the actual controls/heat settings aren't great. I mean you set it to a lower heat and it still sizzles away like you put it on full power...But we hardly use it, just to briefly warm something or cook a rice bag. The big bonus is the colour and size. We have gloss white kitchen units (not our choice) and a very small open plan kitchen/living. Wanted something which would blend in, without all the buttons and displays etc and this does that. Its less tall and broad too.
