is this made in China? Does it contain flame retardant?

The cover is made in China and the foam is full of chemicals. Recently an article about eco pet beds and that is why I didn't list it. If you want a healthier pet bed search "GOLS certified dog bed" it should be the 4th from the top. It covers several beds, different materials, chemical free certifications and for dog beds and cat beds.

dimensions please of the biggest dog bed please . he is a great dane . thank you

I have an 80 lb. standard size Bernedoodle that loves this bed.

Does this bed sink to the floor like most dog beds? Thanks in advance :)

It actually stays pretty firm, even with our dog trying to burrow it’s very resilient

Can you buy replacement inserts if destroyed?

Not sure about inserts, but our dog after a year destroyed the cover and it was easy to replace with Casper and their excellent customer service!
