Game changer for body combat or any intense workout that involves pivoting. I used them for tabata, circuits, boot camp and body pump and they are amazing. I wasn’t sure at first as they appear flat- thought they would hurt with jumps/ jump kicks but they have a slight heel lift and a wide toe box and great grip. The sole is extremely comfortable without puffy foam and the stability is second to none- my ankles and knees have seriously benefited and I have increased my range of movement. They are also super lightweight-I will definitely buy again.

I've even used them for short runs, and they feel great for distances under 2 kilometers. Style and Durability: The Nano X4 is a good-looking shoe. It has a sleek, modern design and seems to be built to last. However, I've learned from my previous Nanos to be mindful of wear and tear. I only wear them on the gym floor to preserve the sole and maximize their lifespan. Overall: If you're looking for a versatile cross-training shoe that can handle everything from weightlifting to HIIT, the Reebok Nano X4 is a fantastic choice. It's comfortable, supportive, and stylish. Just remember to treat them with care, and they'll be your gym companion for a long time.

Quite good for crossfit. It's not soft like running shoes and not too hard like lifting shoes so somewhere in the middle for regular gym sessions. The toe box is spacious enough for me but that changes from person to person. I wear 36.5 (3.5-4 in uk) this size fit perfectly.

Great shoes for training, especially if you are planning to lift weights. Good fit and comfortable to wear without any rubbing around ankles or toes. Only dropped a star because the rubber has already split at the front of one shoe after only light use.

Good supportive shoes for the gym. Very comfortable for indoor use. Not designed for running, but excellent for weight training, crossfit etc.

Um mês de uso contínuo. Qualidade excepcional, material de alto nível, facílimo de limpar e muito resistente. Encaixe perfeito no pé, de acordo com o site o meu número era o 39, ficou meio apertado na ponta do tênis no começo por causa de um elástico que segura a "língua", mas após uma semana o seu encaixe já estava perfeito. Sola muito resistente e flexível, porém um pouco dura. Palmilha boa porém não possui nenhum sistema de amortecimento. Ótimo para atividades na academia e caminhadas curtas, não recomendaria para corridas pois sua sola é não é tão macia. Devido a sua sola ser um pouco mais rígida, ele é excelente para treino de powerlift, pois o tênis possibilita um espaço bom para os pés e também muito apoio por ser de sola reta. Ótima compra e não me arrependo, com certeza durará muitos anos.

De sneaker an sich is geweldig. Ik loop al jaren op niks anders dan Reebok Nano's. Maar op de een of andere manier gaat dit specifieke paar (in deze kleur) steevast kapot bij het 2e vetergat. Ik heb een paar maanden terug al een nieuw paar toegezonden gekregen omdat ie na een paar weken gebruiken al kapot ging. Nu gebeurt, binnen een paar weken van ze dragen, weer precies hetzelfde. Dat heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt bij de Nano's! Jammer, want ik vind de kleur heel leuk en de schoen zelf is enorm fijn. Maar op de een of andere manier is dit paar gewoon niet kwalitatief.
