It’s easy to assemble and pretty
It is easy to put together (78 yr woman). You need a Phillips screwdriver. Everything else is included. The top is waterproof so you can place a wet or sweaty glass on it and it won’t hurt the table. It doesn’t leave water rings. It is a very pretty table, looks classy, and I’m happy to have it. It came with little floor protectors that screw in and make it easy to move the table. It is light weight - I lifted the table top right out of the box by myself. The color is rich and it shows wood grain. I wonder what kind of wood it is?This table will serve us well and I recommend it if you are limited with space, it’s 30”.

Highly recommend this table. We used it for a nightstand for a very high king-sized bed. It looks great, and is extremely well built, and even has levels on the legs. 5 stars, I would give 10 stars if I could. You cannot beat the price

My new table
I have a small apartment, and the older table I had was a bit too big. So, I took a chance on this smaller one. Turns out that was a very good pick. This table is not only perfect for me, but is very well made and looks good too. I’m happy with it, and everyone that sees it likes it too.

No predrilled starter holes or markers to attach base to table
Nice table, light and looks good. The legs and base have predrilled holes for easy assembly. But then you have to mount that base to the bottom of the table. There are no markers or starter holes so you're pretty much on your own to measure it perfectly before drilling in the screws to hold it in place.To make sure I got the diameter in the dead center, I measured and marked the table bottom and bracket for the base with a pencil before assembly.If this helps you installed it, here's what I did:I used the two decorative end caps that were on opposite sides of the top to align a straight edge and drew a line down the center. Then I measured the square mounting bracket to get the exact equal distance from each edge and marked that as well. Before drilling it in, I verified that all four sides of the square bracket were an equal distance from the table. This ensured that the base was mounted in the center.Overall it's a nice table, but really surprised they leave you on your own to measure this part.

Perfect little pub table for our "date" area
Hubs and I don't like leaving the house much these days but miss the social feel of being at a bar top in a restaurant, so I built us a "date" area. I was nervous getting a table from Amazon since most of the furniture in my house are antique pieces. However, this is such a solid and sturdy table! Easy to put together, perfect for the space and love the chess top!

Great value, a good choice for a smaller table.
Needed a smaller table for my kitchen nook, this fit the bill. It was easy to assemble but I took off a star because the washers to attach the table to the pedestal were the wrong size. I had some in my shop, if not I would have been annoyed to make a trip to the hardware store.
