Use these all the time, reliable and well built. Would recommend as a small footprint, silent desktop PC

Delivery was within the time stated, it was well packed and arrived in good condition. Pros and Cons. Pros Silent operation, which is also a con, very fast. Cons The power LED is virtually impossible to see as either the mounting board or the front panel whole is way off, so that the led is effectively doing nothing. There is also a second LED on the same board which I assume is meant to be a drive activity indicator, but as I have said, there is only one hole on the front panel which is way off from the LED so what use the second LED is escapes me. The unit runs very hot, Crystal Disk Info show that the system SSD when playing a video or doing a large download has reached 70 degrees C. Not having had a fanless PC before, I have no idea if this is normal, but it is 40 degrees above that of my desktop, so I have it running with the base plate removed and that has reduced the temperature down by about 30 degrees, which should increase it's life. Another con is the almost complete absence of detailed paperwork which I suppose is not an overwhelming thing but I do like to know what is what when I buy a piece of kit, eg there is a red LED in the middle of the board, what is that supposed to indicate, bearing in mind that with the base plate on, I probably wouldn't have even seen it. I upgraded the M.2 drive with a PCIe drive and added another 500Gb 2.5in SSD, this is used in a small music studio and works well. On the whole I am pleased with my purchase, just wish a little more care was taken in it's design and more information given about it's operation. A word about the company KIngdel, very very swift replies to queries, allowing for time differences have received replies to queries the same day. My PC was advertised as having an i7 8550 chip but this had been upgraded to the 8650 which runs a bit faster, so very pleased with that. All in all this is a good company to do business and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This is an amazing bit of kit, an i7 Quad core, with 16Mb of Ram, 128Gb of SSD and no fan it makes the perfect multi media server. I have added another 12TB of raid storage via the USB3 port and it works like a dream. I can stream 4K to any device on my network with no lagging or lip sync issues, something I had never manage to achieve to date. Worth every penny for that alone. It is small enough and quiet enough to sit in the TV Cabinet. I received the order within a few days, it was well packed and exactly as described. I really can not fault this PC or the supplier. I can really recommend this product.

The Specs look impressive ! However, this is a machine built with graphics card built into the CPU hence quality of the graphics is something to be desired. The support offered post sales is of a standard that is in it's infancy and the only option is to communicate via amazon chat. Refrain from offering five stars before you get the outcome desired. Amazing service, prompt delivery, excellent communication, 5 star seller As for the product it is performing amazingly. This afternoon I had Bluebeam Revu, Amazon Music, Chrome, Sky Go, Outlook, Excel and File Explorer all open at once and the CPU was not even at 20%. RAM was at 35%. There is no delay, Lag, flickering or any fault I can find at all so far. I even have a 3840x1200 monitor and it takes everything I can throw at it in its stride. Admittedly I am not a gamer but I'm pretty sure that it would be able to cope with most games out there. The only drawback is no CD drive but I got over that quickly after seeing that the whole PC is smaller than my WIFI router! I really cant understand how something so small can be so powerful, and silent as well. As in other reviews you have to pay the customs duty but this is refunded promptly, make sure you keep the duty payment confirmation email/receipt though. Cant recommend enough Very happy customer :-)

Das erste Gerät ging zurück da die Grafikeinheit nach einer Woche bei Scrollbewegungen in einem hellen Bildschirm schnarrende Geräusche machte. Außerdem funktionierte der DP nicht. Beim zweiten Gerät trat bis jetzt zweimal kurz allerdings sehr leise dieses Geräusch auf. DP funktioniert ebenfalls nicht, der Verkäufer bleibt mir bis heute eine Antwort bzw. Lösung schuldig. Und ja, das selbe Display mit dem selben Kabel funktioniert an einem anderen Rechner. Da ich im Home-Office zeichne benötige ich allerdings ein zweites Display. Das Windows hat sich nach unzähligen Updates immer noch nicht komplett auf Deutsch umgestellt. Das Gehäuse ist sauber verarbeitet nur beim 2. Exemplar klappert der Power-Knopf bei kleinsten Erschütterungen. Ansonsten tut er was er soll - schade mit dem Display-Port.

Die Sache ist reiner Betrug - dies ist eine "C"-Ware. Ich habe die Maschine in Juli 2021 gekauft. Zuerst wollte die Grafikkarte die Monitore nicht erkennen - danach flimmerte alles nur noch und das Bild war eingefroren - Bildrate unter 1 pro Sekunde - trotz des Versprechens von 4K. Jetzt hat die Festplatte (eine SSD-Platte) den Geist aufgegeben - dem Verkäufer ist das egal - reine Verzögerungstaktik. Finger weg von diesem Schrott dann hat Ihr auch keine Probleme wie ich jetzt mit einer Maschine für knapp 600,-€ Anbei seine Mail: I'm very sorry. I bought it for general computing and occasional photo editing in photoshop. After having read many problematic amazon reviews I was however beginning to wonder if it was the right choice but decided to take the chance since it is hard to beat on price vs performance - now that it has arrived I am so glad I did! None of the issues raised in the reviews have materialised in my case at least: 1. The computer arrived in a few days and it is flawless - precisely as specified. 2. An ordinary (Passive) displayport to displayport cable worked immediately at 4K resolution with 60 kHz refresh rate. 3. The windows 10 pro version is installed, correct and activated. 4. I automatically received an email from seller in Hong Kong advising me of the windows license key. 5. The administrator account was easily modified to reflect my data. 6. All relevant lights are clearly visible and the unit is never more than lukewarm to the touch. 7. I haven't been contacted to write a positive review (or any review at all...). The only glitch was that I received a power cord with a uk plug although I expected a continental plug - fixed in 5 minutes and cost 2 Euro. Oh, and it's true there isn't any documentation but really none is needed - simply plug it in and you are good to go! In summary; It is well made, completely silent, very fast and arrives ready to work.

I purchased this product to use as a Lightroom processing computer, in October 2021. It operated flawlessly, until recently. It started BSOD, with a hardware error. After doing some troubleshooting, I determined that the 512GB Intel NVMe was defective. I contacted Kingdel, and after doing a little more troubleshooting, we determined that in fact the Intel branded NVMe was failing. Kingdel asked me to simply purchase a replacement on Amazon, and they would reimburse me. I purchased a 512GB Sumsung NVMe, loaded the OS back on, and everything runs perfect again! Thank you Kingdel support, and Brett Ming, for the excellent support and customer service. If you are looking for a small, quiet, yet powerful computer, I highly recommend this product. I also installed a 1TB SSD for storing photos locally. There is a mounting point, as well as cables to connect a 3.5" SSD.
