I'm comparing CANVAS MEN's HOWARD TRIBLEND T-Shirt to NEXT LEVEL's TRIBLEND (6010). This is after several normal washes with low dries per instructions. I'm 5'11 and 170ish with a 40'' chest and 16.5'' neck. I ordered a large in both. WHAT THEY HAVE IN COMMON... - Both triblends have a high percent of rayon, which is what makes them so soft. - Both are extremely soft. If you've been a cotton, poly/cotton person, this is a whole new level. (It's not yet rivaling the softness of higher percentage modal fabrics used on things ranging from bedsheets to CALVIN KLEIN products, but you could buy four of these for the price of one CK modal.) - Both respond well to simple stretches and bounce back. - Both have a heather-like appearance. - Both have lie-flat neck lines. - Both have tight neck collars around the neck line, though neither is too tight. - Both have reasonably short shoulder lengths. WHERE THE SHIRTS DIFFER - The CANVAS is tagless, NEXT LEVEL isn't. - The CANVAS is lighter (in weight), and even folds smaller. I suspect some colors of the CANVAS may be slightly see-through, however. - The CANVAS has a more modern cut (sometimes described as "regular" or "slimmer"), with a tighter profile than NEXT LEVEL, which has a classic (slightly looser) cut. - Since the CANVAS has the cut it does, it makes the better undershirt. But, since it is cut slimmer, it will look better worn on its own or under a blazer. - NEXT LEVEL is at least 2 inches longer than CANVAS, but similar lengths for sleeves. Despite this, CANVAS is long enough to be tucked in depending on torso and the hight of your pant line. You could bet that the NEXT LEVEL will undoubtedly stay tucked in. - NEXT LEVEL is slightly roomier around the chest and armpits. - They have different trim around the neck and sleeves. NEXT LEVEL has wider trim, 3/4 in, and is ever-so-slightly ribbed. CANVAS has a 1/2 in trim, and no ribbing. - And while both shirts have great neck's (who doesn't care about this these days), NEXT LEVEL's is more classical when you think of a shirt's neck. The NEXT LEVEL is my preferred neck line, but the CANVAS is a bit more modern with the smaller trim. VERDICT Without question, both would make excellent sleep and undershirts and will challenge you to go back to cotton undershirts. (However, note that at the time of this review, neither triblend offers a pure-white, so it wouldn't look good under a Oxford-style button up.) But, my verdict is that the CANVAS is a better look to wear out given its cut. But, the slightly roomier nature of NEXT LEVEL makes it my preferred lounging and house shirt. And given how cheap both are, I think you could buy both and try them out yourself. Still, these shirt prove that we're not stuck in an undershirt world consisting of HANES and FRUIT OF THE LOOM, which, despite their best efforts to do otherwise, cannot provide a shirt this soft with a neck line that lasts. Additionally, we don't have to pay the prices of even JOCKEY or CK to get something that is super soft, comfortable, and stylish.

There's a reason these Bell + Canvas shirts are becoming the new standard of band shirts now that American Apparel has long since been defunct. The quality is good at a relatively cheap price. They fit really nice. The shoulder seems actually hit on top of your shoulder and the sleeves aren't too long. The heathered material is nice and soft and breathable. And the shirts are long enough where I don't have to worry about them shrinking too much in the dryer. I'm typically between a medium and large when it comes to tops and I wear large in these t-shirts and they're comfortable. Slimming in the right places. Great basic t-shirts for summer, or layering pieces for colder weather. Very happy with them!

My primary concern is creating art that represents neurodiversity. As someone who is sensitive to touch it’s as important to me how things feel as how they look. These shirts are soft and comfortable and they take my designs well. They come in great colors and don’t seem to shrink in the wash. They may be more expensive than other shirts but when you are dealing with people with sensitivity issues the softness is what matters most. The shirts are well made and consistent. The fit does seem to be a little less generous than some other shirts I’ve encountered. They are a little more form fitting.

I have been buying these shirts over and over again because they are lightweight, soft, long enough to cover my butt (so perfect with leggings for working out or taking my dog for long walks), not too baggy, they fit well in the shoulders, and the sleeves are the perfect length and width. The crew neck is also the right "size" and fit. The material does not cling to your jiggly bits which is great and the material keeps me cool. I am a 5'6, curvy woman and not a guy, so keep that in mind. The XL fits perfect and the XXL is just a little looser, but longer. These shirts work much better for me than most of the women's t-shirts out there. When doing Zoom calls, I still look "casually polished". They are also pretty wrinkle free (if you put them on wrinkled, they will smooth out). They wash well and do not shrink (if you wash and dry them on low). My husband also likes these shirts. He is 5'10, skinny and wears a Medium. The shoulders fit well, the body is not too loose, and they are the right length for him.

These shirts are so soft and comfortable. The white is not see through and great quality. They fit true to size and long enough for someone with a long torso. Washed these several times and they look great!

The XL fit is good on my 6ft 4in frame. The turquoise is nice and the green is ok. The cloth is light, which I like, and it hangs nicely. I've used it about 6 months and the fabric is just starting to get teensy pills but It doesn't look bad, I still look forward to wearing the turquoise one.

Bought this for activity design for our matching family shirts for Disney. Loved the shirt! It was TTS, didn’t shrink after washing and wore well! It was very lightweight and breathable. My husband is very particular about the feeling of his shirts and he found it to be very comfortable. The color is a pretty, dulled mauve color. Great value for the money!

These shirts are awesome! They stay true to size even after multiple washes. The fabric is so soft & they are long enough for my husband & sons that are over 6ft tall to tuck in if needed or reach above their head without showing belly! They have them in several colors & wear them to work on our farm.

Item arrived! However, the fabric is too thin and almost see-through. Very disappointed with the purchase.

Super soft, slim-fitting shirts. I'm 6'1" and ~175lbs. The mediums fit perfectly. Quality seems good; will have to wait and see if they last several years like the AA shirts I was trying to replace, but I have washed/dried them all several times so far and they haven't shrunken or faded.

I was told these can be compared to American Apparel shirts size wise. This is fairly close but it is smaller than the AA shirts I am use to. 50% of the bottom hem line stitching has frayed within the short time of owning this shirt.

Ich hatte gehört, dass Bella+Canvas sehr angenehme, weiche Materialien verwendet, und das kann ich so bestätigen. Wirklich schön zu tragen und wunderbar weich auf der Haut. Auf die Materialdicke habe ich beim Kauf leider gar nicht geachtet (mein Fehler, daher kein Abzug): Die angegebenen 3,4 oz (Unzen) sind umgerechnet weniger als 100 Gramm, und das merkt man natürlich schon. Sehr hochsommerlich-leicht, und daher nicht wirklich herbst-/wintertauglich. Die Farbe ist ziemlich genau so wie abgebildet, wobei das natürlich immer auch eine Frage des Anzeigegeräts ist. Zur Langlebigkeit bzw. Waschtauglichkeit kann ich derzeit noch nichts sagen.
