So when I first bought these I ordered the pack of six, and in addition, I thought I had to specify how many of the 6 I wanted ( I only needed 5). Little did I know I was setting myself up to buy 30 of these knives instead of just the 5. Well, a rep over at Be Burgundy (the seller) caught this little number and contacted me about the error. Not only did they notify me of this blunder on my part, they also sent me a refund of the extra cost I purchased. If that's not amazing customer service I'm not sure what is.As for the product? These are really nice and solid knives. My wedding is next week so I asked for expedited shipping - these things came in the NEXT DAY after ordering, and they are sturdy, well crafted, and ready to put in actual work. Definitely one of the better if not smarter purchases I've made for my big day, and these guys handled it with such class and grace. Hats off to you Be Burgandy. These were such a good deal! They came in the mail quickly, were well made, and the wedding party loved them! We ordered the six pack since we had five guys in the wedding, so I customized the sixth one for my sister who was the maid of honor. She is an outdoorsy person and LOVED it. I messaged the sellers after placing the order and requested that hers not include the suit icon engraving, but just her name, title, and date and they responded quickly and were able to do hers without it! She was so excited! The boys also loved it and were very impressed with how nice they look!
