Helps a lot!
My daughter sent me 3 of these because I am older and was having skin issues and rashes in the bra area. They have helped a lot to keep my skin in that area dry, moisture was causing the rashes. The material is soft, which is very important when it is on top of my skin all the time. Mostly I use these by themselves to keep my skin dry when I am just home and not going out. They do stay in place most of the time, occasionally they slip down when I am moving around a lot. I know this is different from what they were made for, but this way works well for me. I wish there was something on them, maybe like a velcro to totally attach them around me so they didn't slip, or some adjustable way of using them but they do work well for the way I am using them. I have ordered 6 more so I have plenty. They also wash very well. They have not shrunk but I lay them flat to dry, I do not put them in the dryer.

Comfortable and work very well
I found these very comfortable and good at absorbing moisture and preventing rashes in the hot weather. I used to have to use steroid cream in the summer but no longer need it. I've found it's better not to tumble dry

Comfortable Cozy and No Sweat!!!
Thailand tested item!! I bought these for a family trip to Thailand. I figured between hot flashes and high heat and humidity I needed something to make my vacation more bearable. Well, not only was it bearable, it was enjoyable. I had no underboob nor in between boob sweat or odor. Bonus was no bra marks on my skin either. My underwire bras often leave marks on me. Yes, I am looking for new ones. But, this temporary fix has become my permanent fix. I will definitely wear these during our summer here in Chicago. Last summer I skipped so many fun events due to the heat. Not this year! I did follow the advice of another poster here to make it easier to line it up to my bra and put it on with less struggle. She advised (back closing bras) to place it on the bra, close the back, but don’t yet put the straps. Align it. Then, put straps. What I did - use a mirror as hard to see with DDD. I placed the liner on my bra. Closed the back snaps of my bra and swiveled around to the back and brought the arm straps up for more support. While leaning slightly forward, I pulled up the center tab of the liner and pulled the sides out slightly along the bra band, adjusted myself in the cup, and off I went to add my top. Yes, they do run large. While many didn’t like that, I love it. It covers the full bottom of the cup along the sides under the band and has some material just under the bra. I found this to be more comfortable while it whisked away my sweat. I actually felt the most comfortable in the heat in a while. I wish I had this when I vacationed in Cancun or lived in Texas. Whether you are experiencing the not so joys of perimenopause or simply sweat a lot, I feel this is well worth a try! The price is reasonable for me considering the cost of replacement ‘summer’ bras with less coverage and time trying to find the ‘right’ or ‘best’ bra again. Also, CindyLouWho I don’t know you, but your review with advice on how to place these liners in the bra and get everything on was so very helpful to me. Thanks! ~Patty

Its ok
This was the only machine washable and all natural option I could find. They are ok. Stayed on me 95% of the time which is pretty good for me im rather mobile. Neurodivergent approval for comfort. However at least for me at the tippy top of the tropics and bottom of the subtropical this is a one or less day supply absorbency wise so changing them a lot inconvenient. Also seems like they gotta be either dried special or ironed so that's inconvenient. But still clutch for heat rash season and bless them for bot having plastic or bamboo. Still, I might just try reusable diapers or pads next year see if they last longer absorption wise
