Today I tossed 10 different scalp products, none of which solved my problem - super dry scalp, causing hair loss - because now I have something that finally works. And that of course is this product. Plant based ceramides, which are the skin’s own moisturizer and also help retain moisture. None of the topical stuff worked, but this once daily internal little capsule is in fact working. So grateful. Hair regrowth will take some time, so we’ll see what happens. But meanwhile, the dry dry dry scalp problem is way better. Will continue to take it a few more months and hope for hair regrowth.

I got these because I have really dry skin and plus I’m getting older.. it’s been too soon to tell but I like that’s it’s a liquid capsule.. I like the face that you only have to take one at a time because so other brand want you to take 3 or so at a time

Back 13 years' ago when I had cancer, my integrative oncologist told me to take a supplement called 'Embryo" or "Wheat Embryo" and it helped my skin recover from the chemotherapy. Along with rosemary oil capsules, it made my skin glow. It was made by a company called Completely Green (I believe) and I was never able to find it again. I did not take wheat germ because I have a gluten sensitivity. I just started taking this (it's good to remember that it takes supplements about 21 days to kick in) and 20 days' later, people are commenting on my skin's texture. I should add that I am 59 and refuse to wear foundation or concealer so I've got to work a little harder these days. I can't answer the "flavor" question because I don't bite or chew these.

Skin is much less dry when using these. Especially in the winter.

The insides of my arms between the elbow and wrist had loose skin. I have only taken two pills a day for a week, and I just noticed that my arms aren't crepey any longer. I can't believe it! I use many of the Lessman products, Immune Factors, Chondroitin, Vein Support and B12. I love the products. I am female, almost 63 years old and I work out and take care of myself, but my skin is thin and stretchy, lol. I read another review for this product and thought I'd give it a try. It is pricey, but it's so worth it if you want to keep looking good into old age, lol!
