So I buy size 8.5’s and depending on how much give I think the material has, I drench them in water and put them on a shoe stretcher to widen them. Sometimes it works great. This was not one of those times. The furthest part of the toe box is still too tight. I’ll try adding toe inserts.. they also need arch support insoles and a silencer/grip adhesive added to the bottoms. Hope after all my modifying I’ll like them. Right now I’m disappointed though at how ill-fitting and uncomfortable they are. They’re so loose in the ankle but tight in the toe.
