The packaging was secure and amazing. I had troubles getting off the plastic lock with the tool that they gave me so instead I used the side of my can opener which had a wider mouth to lift and release the plastic safety band and it worked with no problem. Please read the colorful paper directions that come with your paint on how to open the can and it will give you an idea. I was surprised to receive the tool and the paint stick and the card which gives info on their an app. You can take pictures around your house and change the colors on the app to get an amazing feel for what you may want to change. This paint is extremely high quality in my opinion. I loved it so much I ended up painting an old entertainment center that was a dark blue. This coated it for the most part with one pass but I did 2 passes just because. My bedroom wall was a bright yellow before I painted it pink and that only needed 1 coat. Absolutely amazing! It has very low odor if any at all.
