Very Nice Audio Interface
The Behringer UMC202HD is perfect for my application. I'm using it to connect an instrument, vocal mic and headphones to PC via USB. The instrument is a sax with wireless mic, the wireless receiver is connected to UMC202HD through standard XLR cable, as is the vocal mic. The audio quality is amazing through the XLR inputs, incredibly transparent. The application I'm using requires an ASIO driver which is supported by the supplied Behringer driver, and the latency numbers are a little better than other manufacturer ASIO drivers I've used. The vocal mic requires phantom power which the UMC202HD supplies. The headphone output does a good job driving my headphones, I get enough volume to listen through headphones while I'm playing. I couldn't be happier with this audio interface, particularly considering the price point. Not only does it just work, it works very well!

Good product & good price!
This is an old interface model but works very well. I had it hooked to my laptop & my keyboard and with the music software, it works very well.

Excellent interface, bought to replace a lost one of the same model
Bought to replace the one that my movers lost, I have had that one for years. I was so happy with the old one, I didn't even think about getting something else. These are great little interfaces. ASIO drivers for it can get input latency way down to just a few milliseconds, plenty good enough for almost anything.

Great item for the price
It works really good for a budget friendly unit. I had to return a defective Mackie onyx 2x2 and am happy the behringer works as advertised. Sounds good, but must avoid cranking the gain input. I bought an inline mic preamp for quiet instruments.

Works well after 2yrs of abuse
I have been using it, daily, for 2 years. Very durable, easy setup. I record remotely at various locations and have dropped it on the ground during setups, or it accidentally got pulled off the table by cables, but it still works great. Which you wouldn't expect given it's lightweight plastic housing. Behringer products are usually hit or miss for me - some aren't very good, but this is an excellent product for the price. Got it to replace my Presonus, which last all of a month. I'm semi-pro, audio production is my weekend-hustle, so it's more than adequate for someone in my position.

Feels same as scarlett 2i2
I was using a scarlet studio 2i2 with my desk top, and fell in love with using it as a hub for computer audio, i just was getting tired of disconnecting it to take it to record with the band. I decided to give the UMC a shot as a dedicated hub for my desk top, so i wasn't planning on doing recording with it, but tried it out just to see what it could do. As far as the sound quality and overall user experience, it feels identical to my scarlett2i2.

I spoke too soon I'm afraid! Great piece of kit at a great price
EDITED. I'm sorry to have to edit my previous assessment of this Audio Interface. On most counts, I'm still impressed, but only when it came to mixing down my music did a BIG problem emerge. The sound of the mixed down track was terrible. I couldn't understamd why, and spent an unholy amount of time on the internet looking for a solution. All to no avail. In the end I contacted the product helpline and that left me more frustrated than ever. I was asked to do all sorts of checks which were really very impractical and which in some cases was impossible with my setup. I decided to risk buying a different interface to see and chose a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface. This works perfectly - on mixdown and on everything else so in my case at least the Behringer was, for whatever reason, the cause of the problem. I'm very disappointed because in all other respects it's a great interface at a tempting price but useless if it presents problems that other models don't. It may just be a problem in my particular case, so it may be worth a shot for anyone else. If you review it, just make sure it does EVERYTHING that you require of it before you do. My original review follows.... I was a bit nervous about buying this interface as it is way cheaper than 'market leaders'. Nevertheless I went for it and I'm glad I did. The sound quality is excellent - no glitches or artefacts. It was just a matter of plug and play. Couldn't have asked for, or expected better.

Great value
As an amateur musician I loved this audio interface because it allows me to record the things I play with a pretty good quality. You can connect P2 or XLR cables in both recording channels although P2 cables are a bit noisier. For recording I would suggest to use XLR cables. The ability to use P2 cables directly is great though because you can plug a guitar directly into an input channel without going through an amplifier and then plug headphones into the Phone output socket or into your computer if you configure it to send the input signal directly to the output, which is better because the volume of the output socket is quite low. Finally, you can also play sounds on your computer and send it to this audio interface and it will act like an external sound card and play them on the headphone socket. But as I said, the volume is very low. This is the only real drawback I see in this product so far. For Linux users: this interface worked out of the box with Fedora 23 and 25. You can control the audio channels in pulse audio like any other channel and record using audacity or any tool you like.
