Yes. You will need to thin this down with 5 or so ounces of water and stir it well. We use bone broth to add even more nutrition. And gravity feed by hand every four hours. The quality of the organic ingredients and the nutritional value of the well designed, balanced whole food meals is truly life saving and health restoring. How anybody can justify feeding someone a corn syrup based liquid diet (jevity- not this one!) that the hospitals promote is beyond me! That other stuff seems health robbing and negligent. My dad went on GTube during radiation. He’s diabetic and rather than feeding the junk the hospital provided we went this route. The woman who created this has a fantastic backstory and personal experience using this. Nice that you can purchase online, but it was also available at Dorthy Lane Markets in Ohio. Way better ingredients than the other junk.

I purchased this product because of the formulas tested in a mouse study on liquid diets it was the most anti-inflammatory and had the most beneficial effect on the microbiome. Right out of the pouch I did not like the taste. However when it was chilled and diluted to 1/4th with water I had no problem drinking it through a straw. It tastes like what I imagine a vitamin might taste like. It is well worth the price if you need a partial or full liquid diet.

Be aware: According to the manufacturer, the only authorized seller is Truemark. The flavor is normally good but can fluctuate and occasionally there will be a batch that is so bitter as to be inedible. With Truemark, at least you're buying from the seller the manufacturer recommends so there's a better chance of getting a good batch. Even if you've purchased through Truemark before and hit "repurchase", Amazon may still take you to a different seller. That said, Functional Formularies does an excellent job of offering a meal replacement that fulfills daily nutritional needs and contains clean organic ingredients that are actually going to support good health, with none of the added sugar or garbage ingredients that are in so many other nutritional products. I was so happy to find them! It was a life saver for my loved one, who was struggling to chew during the last year. So grateful.

The best for great sustained nutrition and energy. Better focus during work or play. Easy to digest if you tend to stress. I would love to have one daily. Gained 5 lbs of healthy weight/ stored fuel, lol!
