Strap lasted less than a month

I just bought this for my 12-year-old last month. Yesterday I noticed that one of the side straps is torn off - of course when I tried to return it just now, I find out the return window closed yesterday. This was an extremely disappointing purchase. All of her other backpacks (Jan Sport, Pottery Barn) have lasted multiple years without ripping - this is just poor quality.

É bem espaçosa, com bons compartimentos, e serve tanto para trabalho quanto para viagem e escola. Comprei para usar no segundo ano do ensino médio e acredito que vai me atender muito bem. Compraria novamente só pela beleza dela. Chegou muito bem embalada e rápido: pedi no dia 15 e chegou no dia 26. Enfim, amei!
