Review: Love this pretty foam roller (and SUPER useful for physio, yoga, stretching) - I love using this; it's so easy to manoeuvre and it's incredibly light weight. It's really good for doing certain physio exercises or if you want to foam roll different parts of your body. I wouldn't say that it feels that soft but it also isn't the hardest foam roller I've ever tried - I think medium density is about accurate. But if you want a soft foam roller (i.e. for your spine) then don't get this one. I've used this for a little over a month so I'm not sure how durable it is but it looks and feels like it has a reasonable level of quality that should last me for at least several years. It's also easy to roll and move around. I think the cost is decent and reasonable and I also found it a good option for a longer foam roller.
