does it fit zenwatch 3?

Wouldn’t be an exact fit... you would need an adapter. Just saw one for $33 on amazon (search for “asus zenwatch 3 strap adapter”).

Will the 22mm band work with 23mm barton quick release spring bars? will the 22mm strap be too lose in 23mm lugs?

We would not recommend using our 22mm canvas quick release straps strap on a watch with a 23mm lug width! You will certainly run into some fit issues as our 22mm straps are designed to fit watches with exact lug widths of 22mm. That said, if you install 23mm quick release spring bars in a 22mm strap will be good to go!

Does this come with the adaptors or is it just the straps?

It comes with a quick release pins, so you can install it very easily. So no adaptors included.
