Consequently the price difference appears to be related to the lumbar support. Otherwise the products are nearly the same. **Q: Does this chair have the ability to rock (like what the tension knobs are used for in chairs w/o a footstool) AND it can manually tilt back as well?** A: Rock, i don't think so. Manually tilt back? yeah it tilts back when you lift the lever and locks in place when you release the lever. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the price *by T***E on August 7, 2018* After reading the listing and reviews, I was set on this chair. Once constructed, which was fairly easy, I was pleasantly surprised by the material. However, I found my seat cushion to be defective. The foam made sort of a very loud crunchy noise every time I sat and stood up and the cloth seemed like it was separating internally. I requested to return the item to the seller, but instead they requested to send me a replacement cushion. I agreed, since the rest of the chair was exactly what I wanted. In a few days the cushion came, I installed it, and it is now my favorite chair. Only thing I do not care for is the material on the arm rests. I would have preferred it to just be a smooth plastic rather than cloth. But that is just a personal preference, and It doesn't really take away from the chairs awesomeness.PROS:- Sell communication, responsiveness, customer service, issue resolution- Chair is as described and reviews are accurate- Comfortable (I sit all day as I work from home)Cons:- Arm rests topped with a cloth material- Reviews of headrest are accurate, not stable, but supportive. ### ⭐ Quickly disintegrated *by S***N on December 4, 2020* Pros* It went together easy.* The one time I tried the recline feature, it was pretty cozy.* The arms, while not heavily padded, are the right height for me and the fabric has held up these 3 months of use. I think I prefer fabric now to rubber armrests, for sure.Cons* It's been coming apart easier.. :-(* The seat offers very little cushioning and isn't sculpted a human body. I have been using a body pillow in a U shape to support my hips and thighs to keep all that weight off of my tailbone.* The back has been tilting to the left for a while.* Within a few weeks, the wheels started to disintegrate. I replaced them with rollers based on rollerblade wheels and .. I will never go back to any other style. So, thanks for the opportunity to learn that, I guess?* Today, when I sat down, the seat's reclining feature caught me off guard.. the whole seat tilted forward. I tried locking the seat and .. only 2 levers.. raise/lower - or back recline.. there's no seat tilt axis. I flipped it over, and saw that the welding on the seat mechanics that holds it to the riser piston has started coming apart.. So, I have a new "feature" that I'm sure will turn pretty dangerous in a minute here.I've had this chair 3 months of regular, weekday use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shorty approved, good wheels movement, perfect to have if you've got keep an injured foot/leg *by L***I on August 16, 2021* This is close to perfect for shorties. For reference I'm 5'1". Seat height adjustable, my feet touch the floor at the lowest point. Seat depth is fixed/ not adjustable and it's a little over 1 inch too deep which means discomfort behind the knee if you sit properly but I've got my own lumbar pillow that solves it or you can scoot forward but that means your back doesn't rest on the back seat. Back is fixed/not adjustable but the lumbar support is adjustable which is a hair too high but not uncomfortable and I have a lumbar pillow. The arm rests are fixed/not adjustable, and they're ~1 inch too high. This is the 1 thing that bugs me. And now the part I absolutely love - the foot rest! When foot rest is pulled out, my entire leg fits and only my feet hang off. Especially beneficial when the seat depth is a little too deep (think preventing varicose veins). It just so happens that I fractured my foot when I got the chair so it was perfect for keeping it elevated and be mobile. The wheels are great. I've got laminate flooring and tile - easily moved around.
