I am enjoying this protein powder. I usually have it in water and have had it in yogurt. It does mix well and it tastes great! It’s easy to use in water and soft foods. I hate sweet protein powder and this one tastes great without all that unnecessary sweetness. I had a different kind before and it was giving me stomachaches so I switched to Dr. Foster’s Whey Isolate. I love that it’s clean and pure! I haven’t had a stomachache since!! I was planning on leaving a review after I finish the bottle, but I’m almost done with it and have already purchased my second bottle so I don’t run out. The protein quality is great! This has been a great add on to my diet. I’ve lost weight and have been maintaining my muscle (as per my scale data and the mirror 😁). Definitely worth trying and the price is great!!!

I’ve been trying to clean up my diet, so I picked this up specifically because of the short ingredient list. I prefer unflavored options so I don't get tired of the same artificial chocolate or vanilla taste every day. In terms of consistency, this is one of the better isolates I’ve used. It’s a very fine powder that dissolves easily in a shaker bottle with just water or almond milk—no heavy clumping or chalky residue at the bottom. Because the flavor is genuinely neutral (it doesn't have that weird chemical aftertaste some "unflavored" brands have), it works really well in fruit smoothies since it doesn't overpower the other ingredients. The macros are spot on for me. Getting 26g of protein with zero sugar and almost no fat is great for keeping my calories low while hitting protein targets. I also appreciate that it’s third-party tested and sourced from grass-fed cows; it just feels like a higher-quality product than the standard bulk stuff. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the quantity relative to the price. It is a high-quality isolate, but the tub is quite small (about 15 servings). If you take protein daily like I do, you run through the container pretty quickly. That said, if you prioritize ingredients and digestion over getting the absolute cheapest price per serving, this is a solid choice.

NO- absolutely not! This product is very SWEET!! It is NOT unflavored and it must have some sort of added sweetening agent that is unlisted on the ingredients. I have used many unflavored whey proteins in the past and none of them are sweet! Many people have GI sensitivities or allergies to even the smallest level of sweeteners- be they artificial or so called "natural" and/or they don't want a sweet product, period. This is FALSE advertising and also dangerous for those who may not be able to tolerate whatever "mystery" sweetener is unlisted. I was luckily able to get a refund and rarely write reviews, but this was ridiculous and a total waste of my time.

My biggest complaint...it's not flavorless...it is a kinda creamy nutty flavor but it makes my coffee taste funny.

Mixes really well in both hot & cold liquids. I do use a frother to add a little bit of creaminess.

I am on the Keto diet with 20lbs to my goal. A complete protein source that is can be used in so many ways is a vital. it's a great addition to my smoothie or my bone broth. It also mixes like magic with my Greek yogurt. I love this pricing on this it is such a good value. I recommended to family, and they have purchased as well
