Amazon (now) sends an email asking how your delivery went. You can respond to that but there is no place to add specifics and Amazon does a poor job of identifying which email is for which product, so if you are a frequent shopper 😅 then it is hard to keep them straight. The other option is to call Amazon customer service and ask to leave feedback on their fulfillment and or delivery. They will take down your complaint over the phone and pass it along. I recently called to complain about a USPS delivery and bc I had so many examples of USPS screwing up, my items will not be sent via them any longer. I am overjoyed!
