Adjustable Back Brace for Shoulder & Spine Support
This is an amazing belt for my back. I have tried it out for a while now and it has helped my posture immensely. I have had problems with my back and this is allowing it to improve. It is so easy to adjust to my size using the straps and most importantly, it is comfortable on me. I was worried that I may not like the feeling of it on me, however, I haven't had any problems. The belt arrived the next day which is a bonus as I was able to use it straight away. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Very uncomfortable
Really difficult to get in the right position. When it does feel like it's in the right position it cuts into the underarm.

Uncomfortable
The product looked a good quality but it super hurt my underarms. Whichever way I was adjusting still hurt and looked as if I had ‘my wings spread’ :). Also, didn’t feel any change in the posture. Still continued to crouch. Had to return and searching for a better fit.

Good so long as it is fitted correctly
I bought this as I was aware my posture wasn't good and I want to improve my shoulder position. It certainly helps with that. I thought there might gave been some stretch in the material but there isn't, so you need to get it properly adjusted to be comfortable. Once you get used to it, it's fine and does the job. Came very quickly, good service from the supplier.

Fantastic Product
great product its takes a little time to get the hang of putting in on - what's great about it is you can go about doing your daily tasks. for the first 3 nights I used it, it was slightly uncomfortable but it really does work - you become very aware of your posture and while driving and not wearing the corrector I was aware I needed to adjust how I was holding my shoulders - I have now used it for 6 nights running and can really feel the difference already - I am hoping to be back at the gym next week and wouldn't feel uncomfortable wearing there

Straps
Don't buy this product if you are on your own. It takes two people to manoeuvre the straps.

Back brace
A very neat and well made product and good value for money. Excellent if sitting at a desk as it keeps your back straight. Unfortunately it did not help my severe arthritis but I am sure it would be a great help to others.
