A: 29-1/2” from floor to top of table

**Q: can the table top be rotated 90 deg.?**
A: No, if I am understanding the question properly? 
The top stay's in place just like the picture.  Only raises and lowers, no rotation because that would make it unstable and fall over.  The botton is not weighted.
