I'm using this from last 3 month. I'm highly satisfied with quality of material. Light weight, easy to handle, quickly clean, uniform heating. Best for cooking Dosa, Chila, roti (chapati/tortillas).

Fantastic for making dosa
Good quality non-stick tawa for dosa making. The right amount of heat combined with a non-scratch spatula makes a no-oil dosa possible. Clean after making each dosa (with a wet cloth), and use half an onion throughout before making the next dosa. It works wonderfully. I recommend it.
